Terms & Condition

Refund Policy and Terms of Service:

1. All ticket purchases made through Ticket Prism are considered final and cannot be modified or cancelled once the transaction is completed. Refunds will be issued solely in the event of cancellation by the organizer.

2. Ticket Prism reserves the right to charge a service fee per ticket. Customers are advised to review the total amount due before making payment.

3. It is recommended that attendees arrive at the venue at least one hour prior to the scheduled start time of the event to facilitate smooth entry.

4. In the event of event cancellation or postponement, Ticket Prism will refund the face value of the ticket only. Service fees are non-refundable.

5. Each venue may have its own set of rules and regulations which attendees are expected to adhere to. Ticket holders are responsible for familiarizing themselves with venue policies.

6. These terms and conditions are subject to periodic updates and revisions at the discretion of Ticket Prism.

8. By purchasing tickets, attendees agree to receive communications from Ticket Prism regarding the event and related matters.
9. Attendees are responsible for ensuring they have selected the correct event, date, and ticket type before completing the purchase.
10. Unauthorized resale of tickets is prohibited and may result in cancellation of the ticket without refund.
11. Attendees must adhere to any age restrictions or other requirements specified by the event organizer and venue management.
12. Attendees may be subject to security checks upon entry to the venue.
13. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or reject any attendee who violates these terms and conditions or behaves in a disruptive or inappropriate manner.
14. Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ticket Prism and the event organizer from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their attendance at the event.
15. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the attendee and Ticket Prism regarding the purchase and use of tickets for the event.
16. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Santa Clara, California jurisdiction, and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Santa Clara, California jurisdiction.
17. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
